Responsible for developing the Annual Sales Plan with its respective growth strategies and actions for each territory and/or market.
Responsible for leading the sales team by providing guidance, training, and setting individual objectives and goals.
- Develop the annual business plan by product line for Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay.
- Increase sales volume and margin with existing and new accounts.
- Design and implement action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Approve new product launches.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing KPIs.
- Develop or approve distributor programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Oversee relationships with key clients and distributors, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish individual sales targets for each product line.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team.
- Review sales and individual performance of the sales team.
- Manage and lead the sales team by defining clear goals and objectives.
- Communicate, promote, and uphold Parker's values ​​and the WIN strategy.




- Education: Technical or University degree Technician/Engineer
- Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Ability to lead and manage work teams
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in data analysis and report writing
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Language: Advanced English
- Travel: Domestic an Intenational
