The Role

As a BIM Product Owne r , you will serve as the key intermediary between the production and development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing production requests and translating them into well-defined product requirements. This includes shaping user experiences, delivering detailed technical specifications, and ensuring that business objectives align with product vision and strategy

You’ll act as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and leadership, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Minimum Requirements and skills





- 5+ BIM Product Owner experience
- 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with experience in agile methodologies.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
- Knowledge of BIM or AEC.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, SQL, Excel, and Revit is a plus .

- Have experience working with data and applying it to business or product decisions.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Leading BIM teams across multiple US-based projects
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders
- Serving as the main client-facing point of contact
- Overseeing QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Coordinating resources, staffing, PTO, and team development
- Supporting career paths, training, and performance growth of team members
- Working closely with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy
- Using tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project
