Role Description The Designer – Senior Experience role is a full-time remote position responsible for developing high-quality visual concepts and designs for technical marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include creating digital assets, presentations, and marketing collateral that translate complex technologies into clear, compelling visuals. The designer will collaborate with marketing strategists, writers, and technical stakeholders to ensure visual consistency across websites, social media, and sales materials.

This role involves managing multiple design projects, maintaining brand guidelines,



and iterating based on feedback and performance data. The senior designer is expected to contribute to design strategy, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely delivery of all creative work.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory, with a portfolio demonstrating senior-level work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) for digital and print assets.
- Experience designing for technical industries such as aerospace, defense, AR/VR, or advanced computing is highly beneficial.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives for diverse audiences.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or in-house design teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
