About The Role

As a Production Designer, you will be responsible for the final execution of print, web, and digital assets across our diverse business divisions and at the corporate level.

In this role, you will use your exceptional technical skills to prepare and deliver flawless creative assets in line with established brand guidelines and design systems, working closely with designers and art directors to ensure all work is produced to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a technical expert to execute, prepare, and package final design files across print and digital channels, ensuring they meet all technical specifications for production and deployment.
- Seamlessly translate conceptual designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready files with a strong focus on visual identity systems and thoughtful execution.
- Drive brand consistency across all visual communication vehicles, including print and collateral, advertising, branding, web/interactive, social media, and brand style guides.
- Apply a strong eye for design by making thoughtful typographic and layout decisions to enhance creative concepts.
- Collaborate across the team and organization to deliver cohesive solutions, rapidly processing feedback while leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.





Key Requirements

- +2 years of experience in Graphic Design
- +2 years of experience in print design
- +2 years of experience in Web Design
- Fluency in English, backed by exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A portfolio of exceptional work that demonstrates your technical skills and production experience.
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, including skills in photo retouching and basic image manipulation.
- Deep knowledge of production processes across multiple communication vehicles (emails, landing pages, web pages, social ads, banners, print, and collateral).
- Deep knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and layout hierarchy.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, maintaining an impeccable degree of craft and attention to detail in all work.

Desired Skills

- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines to create new assets.
