We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our Technology team and provide day-to-day technical and operational support to our staff.

The role will focus primarily on Microsoft 365 administration, user support, onboarding and offboarding, access management, software licensing, and administration of cloud-based business applications.

Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day IT support through tickets, email, and remote assistance.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and deactivation, permissions, licenses, and access to company platforms.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Support and administer VoIP and cloud telephony systems.
- Manage software and SaaS licenses, including productivity tools, business applications, and AI platforms.
- Assist with the administration of the Zoho ecosystem, including users, access, permissions, forms, and other business applications.
- Administer and maintain the company's e-learning platform, including users, access,



and course-related support.
- Coordinate with external providers when necessary to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in IT Support, Help Desk, IT Operations, or similar roles.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing users, permissions, access, and software licenses.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with Zoho applications.
- Experience with VoIP or cloud telephony systems.
- Experience administering e-learning platforms.
- English communication skills.
