We are looking for an entry-level Accountant based in Buenos Aires City who can regularly attend our Parque Patricios office as part of the hybrid working model.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Support Accounts Receivable activities, including ARCA invoicing, receipt posting, AR reporting, customer collections, and billing follow-up.
- Support Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, preparation of payment proposals, and vendor payment notifications.
- Perform basic account analysis and reconciliation activities.
- Provide documentation and operational support for internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on administrative and accounting activities as required.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending administrative and financial items.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance processes.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Familiarity with bank and credit card reconciliations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, and account analysis is desirable.
- Intermediate or conversational English sufficient to communicate in a corporate environment.
- Previous professional experience is a plus but not mandatory.
