This position combines administrative coordination with financial data entry and property-related support activities. Responsibilities - Manage and update property information using Rent Manager - Enter bills, expenses, rent payments, and financial records - Support lease administration and tenant record management - Track rent collection activities and payment records - Coordinate maintenance requests and update ticket statuses - Maintain organized digital documentation - Support administrative workflows for property management operations - Verify the accuracy of entered data and maintain system integrity - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of tasks - Assist with reporting and operational follow-up Requirements - Experience in administrative support,
