Purpose of the Role

At Laugh, we create and produce ideas where sport, culture and storytelling meet. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team, someone who can take a creative idea and turn it into a strong visual proposal, with a point of view that goes beyond execution. This role is central to how our ideas come to life, from brand systems to full 360 campaigns.

//What You'll Do

- Translate creative concepts into solid, on-brand visual proposals across multiple formats.
- Build and evolve brand identity systems for clients and campaigns.
- Develop campaign pieces across KV, outdoor, digital and social media.
- Get involved in the creative process, proposing ideas rather than just executing them.
- Build moodboards and presentations, and pitch directly to clients.
- Apply generative AI tools (Highfield, Mid Journey, Firefly, etc.) to support the creative process.
- Understand prepress and print production to ensure work is delivered correctly.
- Take feedback constructively and iterate on your work.

//What We're Looking For

- +4 years of experience as a Designer, preferably in an agency or studio.
- Advanced skills in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong visual judgment: able to interpret a creative idea and elevate it visually.




- Experience building brand identity systems and multi-piece campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of generative AI tools for design (Highfield, Mid Journey, Firefly, etc.).
- Advanced English: enough to present and defend a proposal to clients.
- Open to feedback and comfortable revising work based on it.

- Editorial design (InDesign).
- Video editing (Premiere).
- Animation and motion graphics (After Effects).
- Advanced AI tools for image and video (Runway, Kling, Seedance, etc.).
- Photography or art direction on set.
- An interest in sport and sport culture.
