This role blends full-cycle recruitment with hands-on HR coordination, including onboarding support, documentation, and people operations assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable operating at the intersection of hiring and HR in a remote, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for select roles across multiple functions - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines - Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation and system access - Support HR processes such as employee records, compliance documentation,
