- About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a telecom Transport Network Inventory and Service Provisioning product. The role combines strong telecom domain expertise and technical fluency with a focus on customer value, business outcomes, and scalable product capabilities. The role translates customer and business needs into scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performance capabilities across transport, backhaul, and core networks, while partnering with Architecture and Engineering on solution direction and trade-offs.

- Job Responsibilities

1. Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature priorities.
- Understand customer needs, market and telecom trends, competitive landscape, and business objectives, and translate them into product opportunities, capabilities, and priorities.
- Define and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements, including scalability, resiliency, security, performance, and operability.
- Define and manage capabilities, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data requirements, and integration requirements aligned with product strategy and customer outcomes.
- Drive product capabilities across Network Inventory, Service Provisioning, Order Management, Service Activation, and Network Configuration, with a focus on accurate network/resource modeling, lifecycle management, and end-to-end service and resource visibility.
- Work closely with Architecture and Engineering teams to assess technical feasibility, architecture options, scalability, performance, availability, security, and technology trade-offs, and make product decisions based on customer value, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Define product requirements and outcomes for APIs, data models, integrations, data migration, containerized deployments, access control, auditing, observability,



and platform capabilities, working with Architecture and Engineering teams on the appropriate technical implementation.
- Ensure architectural direction and technical investments support customer needs, business value, scalability, product quality, and the long-term product strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive delivery of capabilities aligned with the roadmap, customer outcomes, and business objectives.
- Act as the key product interface across customers, business stakeholders, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Operations, and telecom domain teams, aligning stakeholders on product goals, priorities, and outcomes.
- Balance customer value, business impact, technical debt, modernization, risks, dependencies, and engineering capacity when prioritizing product investments and capabilities.
- Engage customers and stakeholders to identify pain points, validate product concepts, understand workflows and operational challenges, and translate insights into product opportunities and roadmap priorities.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews and provide product perspective on technical decisions, solution trade-offs, and their impact on customer value, product roadmap, cost, and time to market.
- Define and track product KPIs and success metrics across customer adoption, business value, product quality, performance, reliability, and operational outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, platform modernization, and process optimization where they deliver measurable customer or business value.

2. Required Skills & Experience





- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a closely related product leadership role within enterprise software and/or telecom platforms, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization.
- English level: Advanced
- Strong domain expertise in telecom networks, with particular experience in Network Inventory, Service Provisioning, Transport and Backhaul, and preferably Order Management and Service Activation.
- Strong understanding of transport network concepts and modeling across L0/L1/L2/L3, Data Center, NFV/SDN, network topology, resources, services, and their relationships/lifecycle.
- Technical fluency in modern enterprise architectures, including microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architectures, cloud platforms, containers, and relational databases, with the ability to understand technical designs and engage effectively with Engineering. Familiarity with Java, Kafka, and Kubernetes/Docker is a plus.
- Experience defining functional and non-functional product requirements covering scalability, performance, availability, resiliency, security, IAM, auditing, data quality, and data migration.
- Ability to work effectively with architects and engineering teams and make informed product decisions involving technical trade-offs, balancing customer value, business outcomes, risk, cost, and feasibility.
- Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence across engineering, architecture, business, and customer organizations.
- Experience applying AI/ML, intelligent automation, or advanced analytics to enterprise products and operational workflows is a plus.
