Role Description

- Manage Tripathon’s booking system.
- Work with and manage suppliers’ booking systems.
- Assist agencies with the technical use of the Tripathon system.
- Support agencies with their daily online and offline requests.
- Monitor the system and respond to errors affecting bookings.
- Provide a high level of service to clients.
- Arrange new bookings and modify existing reservations.
- Prepare offers and quotations, provide advice, and share expertise about hotels, services, and destinations.
- Respond to emails and online chats and handle phone calls from different agencies.
- Negotiate and compare available options to secure the best possible deals and obtain refunds when applicable.




- Cover evening shifts once or twice per week after completing the training period.
- Coordinate operational matters with other departments, including Sales, Tariff, Packages, and Accounts.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Travel and Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of consumer behaviour and travel industry trends.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to cooperate and coordinate with multiple teams and individuals.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
