About The Role

As a Multimedia Designer in our agency, you will fulfill best-in-class creative video and audio requirements across four diverse business divisions and at the corporate level.

In this role, you will ideate, develop, and deliver innovative concepts for video and audio content, acting as a strategic thinker for both standalone projects and multi-channel marketing campaigns. You will work closely with Creative Directors, producers, designers, and writers to elevate the overall brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic creative solutions that align with and push the boundaries of our brand.
- Manage the full creative lifecycle by concepting, storyboarding, editing, and animating various types of cross-channel video content.
- Collaborate across the organization to deliver cohesive video and audio, rapidly synthesizing and iterating on feedback.
- Apply motion design fundamentals to transform complex topics into compelling visual stories tailored to audience objectives and business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in video, broadcast TV, audio, production, and studio management.

Key Requirements





- +3 years of experience in video editing
- +3 years of experience in motion design.
- +3 years of experience in graphic design.
- +3 years of experience in advertising
- Fluency in English along with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A portfolio of exceptional video content demonstrating experience in creating diverse video and audio content for marketing.
- Experience in video production, specifically editing and graphics for both live broadcasts and pre-recorded content.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills with a high degree of craft and attention to detail in all creative work.

Desired Skills

- Knowledge of typography, composition, color theory, and hierarchy fundamentals.
- Experience leveraging AI in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.

Working Conditions
