Position Description
We're seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer (GenAI)



to join our project team building an AI-first platform on Microsoft Azure for our multinational professional services client. This role blends hands-on GenAI/agent development with strong software engineering fundamentals, in a team that values fast iteration, rigorous testing, and close collaboration with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build GenAI features on Azure AI Foundry — implementing and iterating on agents, including system prompt design, tool/function calling, and multi-step agent orchestration
- Bring engineering rigor to non-deterministic systems: design evals, measure output quality, and catch regressions through automated testing and CI
- Leverage AI coding tools and agents (e.g., Factory/Droid, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery, applying sound judgment on model trade-offs and when to use each
- Contribute to our .NET microservices architecture on Azure, including deployment and maintenance across environments
- Improve repository workflows and CI/CD pi
