About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Sales to lead and grow our commercial strategy at Futbol Sites.

This is a leadership position for a senior professional with a strong network and proven track record in digital media advertising. The adecuado candidate combines deep market knowledge with strong commercial expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, and strategic partners.

Based in Buenos Aires, you will be responsible for leading your team to drive revenue growth across the market, developing new business opportunities, strengthening key client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will play a key role in positioning Futbol Sites as a leading sports media partner and identifying new opportunities across the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.

What You'll Do

Commercial Leadership & Strategy
- Instill a partnership-first mindset across the team,



coaching reps to prioritize long-term relationship depth and strategic account growth over transactional, campaign-by-campaign selling.
- Define and execute the commercial strategy for the market, aligned with Futbol Sites' regional and global objectives.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across digital media, sports, football, branded content, programmatic, sponsorships, and other relevant commercial solutions.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, advertiser needs, agency structures, competitors, and emerging digital media trends.
- Contribute to the evolution of Futbol Sites' commercial offering and go-to-market strategy.

Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Build a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture.
