The Senior Product Owner role will focus on leading client interactions with Product Managers and business stakeholders, understanding both client business requirements as well as end-user functional requirements, and may manage multiple product owners that have delivery targeted towards a single product or solution. In situations where a Senior Product Owner is supporting multiple delivery streams, that person has sole responsibility and ownership of the product in its entirety.

- Act as the primary liaison between the client and the delivery team, ensuring alignment with the client-defined product roadmap.
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable user stories and tasks for the development team.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with key stakeholders to gather missing information, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure that the team has a clear and up-to-date plan to follow at all times.
- Monitor progress against delivery milestones and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on delivery status and team performance.
