The Power BI Developer / Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions that transform complex data into actionable insights. The role will have a strong focus on Power BI development, including dashboard creation, data modeling, report optimization, and visualization.

The ideal candidate is a senior-level professional with strong hands‑on experience in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, Tableau, and Snowflake, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.

This role will partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements, translate them into scalable BI solutions, and continuously improve dashboards and reporting processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate data insights clearly are essential.

The role reports directly to the Manager or Sr. Manager of Business Analytics and requires availability to travel to Tampa.
