About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to own our lead generation engine end-to-end—from Meta ads and paid search to funnel building, search optimization, CRM automation, and outbound prospecting. This is a hands‑on, execution-focused role for someone who can take direct ownership of multiple channels with minimal oversight.

This role replaces functions previously handled by outside contractors. You will be taking full-time, direct ownership of activities we’ve been running through agency partners, making this a true "build-and-own" position rather than a support seat.





Key Responsibilities
- Meta Ads (Primary Focus): Set up, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns end-to-end, including audience targeting, creative rotation, budget allocation, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Paid Search & Search Optimization: Oversee Google Ads campaigns while building strategies for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to drive organic visibility and high-intent inbound traffic.
- Funnel & Automation Execution: Build and optimize marketing funnels (landing pages, opt-ins, nurture sequences) and leverage platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL) to create automated workflows, pipelines, and campaigns.
- Outbound Prospecting & LinkedIn: Utilize Apollo for outbound list building and sequence management; execute LinkedIn marketing strategies (paid and/or organic) to generate inbound interest.
