About the Role

ADDMORE Services LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Business Development & Preconstruction Analyst to support business development, estimating, bidding, and preconstruction activities for projects in the U.S. construction market.

This is a hybrid role combining construction knowledge, preconstruction analysis, estimating support, opportunity identification, and business development.

The successful candidate will be able to review construction opportunities from both a technical and commercial perspective, helping identify projects worth pursuing, analyzing drawings and specifications, supporting quantity takeoffs and estimates, coordinating bid information,



and following opportunities throughout the preconstruction and business development process.

We are looking for someone who understands how construction projects move from opportunity identification through bidding and preconstruction, and who can communicate effectively with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, developers, clients, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential construction projects and business opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Review bid invitations, project opportunities, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and related documentation.
- Evaluate opportunities based on project scope, size, location, timing, client fit, competition, profitability, and likelihood of award.
- Support the preparation of quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, budgets, and preliminary pricing.
- Analyze drawings and specifications to identify project requirements, scope gaps, and potential risks.
