In Córdoba, Argentina, within the Financial Services & Banking industry, we are actively seeking a Senior ILE COBOL / IBM i (AS/400) Developer to strengthen our core banking technology team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining, evolving, and optimizing mission-critical software solutions that drive daily banking operations and ensure high availability for core financial services.

In your role, you'll become a vital member of a team of skilled software engineers, database specialists, and technical architects dedicated to core banking systems. Your primary responsibility will involve analyzing, developing, and enhancing legacy and modern application interfaces on the IBM i platform. Here,

This is you
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience developing and maintaining applications using ILE COBOL on the IBM i (AS/400 / iSeries) platform.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid experience working in complex enterprise environments, preferably within financial services, banking, or high-transactional organizations.
- Core Skills: Solid understanding of IBM i architecture, native file handling, database management (DB2), application debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Methodologies & Quality: Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, code reviews, and technical documentation standards.
- Location & Availability: Based in Córdoba, Argentina (or surrounding areas) with availability to work
