TGTC is seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to own the customer journey across email, SMS, loyalty, and retention programs. You will develop lifecycle strategies while executing campaigns, building automations, and analyzing customer behavior to improve retention and lifetime value.
You will partner with Ecommerce, Paid Media, Customer Experience, and Creative to deliver relevant messages at the right time and optimize performance in a fast-paced, remote environment.
