The Business Development Associate will spend the majority of their time pro-actively reaching out to business owners and management teams of software companies to build and manage acquisition targets for our M&A; Team. Responsibilities Manage and grow our M&A; prospect database by identifying small, medium,



and large sized software companies that meet our acquisition criteria in South and Central America Nurture acquisition prospects by proactively initiating and maintaining relationships with owners of software businesses (calls/emails/tradeshows) Conduct market research to evaluate potential acquisition prospects and obtain high-level financial and operational information about target companies Initiate outbound prospecting calls and emails to connect with target companies Develop and build relationships with CEOs, Presidents, and Owners Follow-up on outbound and inbound prospect activities in a timely manner Track activities and maintain relevant information in Salesforce Some international travel (10-20%) may be required.
