Role Expectations
- Ensure clients comply with IRS regulations and meet tax obligations by staying informed on the latest tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare accurate and timely tax returns for clients of various sizes, proficiently completing forms like 1040, 1120S, 1120, and 1065.
- Analyze financial data identify opportunities for minimizing client tax liabilities and implement effective tax reduction strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive and secure client records support the tax preparation process.
- Interact professionally with clients, providing guidance on tax matters and assisting with understanding implications and exploring marketing/branding opportunities.
- Help clients meet local and state licensing requirements, including for the cannabis industry.
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of tax returns ensure compliance and quality.




- Meet all Continuing Professional Education obligations annually stay current with industry developments.

Skills & Attributes
We are seeking a tax staff accountant with a proven track record in tax preparation and the following skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting
- A minimum of 2 years in Tax Preparation, demonstrating a deep understanding of tax codes and compliance requirements.
- Professional English communication skills
