This is a hybrid role—primarily remote, but we come together in our Palermo office a few days each month for in-person collaboration, connection, and some fun!

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, primarily supporting hiring in the U.S. and LATAM. The portfolio will include senior individual contributor, leadership, and executive-level positions.

This is not a sourcing-only role. We’re looking for someone who can own searches end-to-end, shape recruiting strategy, influence decisions, and deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences. You’ll join at a key moment in our growth and help define what great hiring looks like at Cook Unity.

Responsibilites

- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Lead effective intake meetings,



define search strategies, and translate business needs into clear candidate profiles and assessment plans.
- Build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach, using tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
- Champion the candidate experience and ensure a thoughtful, consistent interview process from first contact through close.
- Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and structured decision-making to support inclusive, high-quality hires.
- Partner closely with stakeholders across the U.S. and LATAM, adapting recruiting strategies to each market while maintaining a consistent hiring bar.
- Lead offer management and negotiation with empathy, transparency, and speed.
- Use data and market intelligence to identify bottlenecks, track progress, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Contribute to employer branding and talent marketing initiatives that help Cook Unity stand out in competitive markets.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience: A proven track record of sourcing and recruiting candidates across different functions.
- Relevant functional expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles, as well as GTM functions such as Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Strategic Partnerships.
- Full-cycle recruiting: Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house environment.
- U.S. and LATAM market experience: Prior experience hiring in both regions, including recruiting for U.S.-headquartered companies and partnering closely with U.S.-based hiring managers.
- Senior stakeholder partnership: Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while providing hands-on operational support.
- Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced or bilingual English proficiency.
- ATS fluency:



Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; we use Greenhouse.
- Prioritization skills: The ability to manage competing priorities and multiple searches effectively.
- Startup mindset: A proactive, resourceful, make-things-happen attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Leadership potential: Enthusiasm for growing into a leadership role as the company expands.
- Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
- Analytical, motivated, quick to learn, adept at multitasking, and resourceful.

- Market awareness: A deep understanding of industry trends and talent market dynamics, with the ability to proactively adjust recruiting strategies.
- Employer branding: Experience developing employer branding strategies that attract top talent and strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
