Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll build long-term relationships with patients and their families, delivering specialized, complex care for those with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. You will work within a small, supportive interdisciplinary team including technicians, dietitians, social workers, and physicians, fostering a family-like environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring patients, assessing conditions, and managing treatment plans, often involving patients with multiple comorbidities. The role requires versátil scheduling with shifts typically lasting 10–12 hours, including some holidays.




Qualifications include a current RN license in the practice state, associates or bachelor’s degree in nursing, and excellent communication skills. Prior dialysis experience is not required, but candidates with ICU, ER, or Med Surg background, or certifications like CNN or CDN, are preferred.
