Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized Order Operations Coordinator to manage orders from the moment they are placed through final delivery.

You’ll process e-commerce and B2B orders, coordinate small-parcel and LTL shipments, manage returns and freight claims,



and help customers resolve order-related issues. You’ll also support more complex distributor and custom orders involving deposits, multiple shipments, and longer production timelines.

This is a detail-driven, systems-heavy role. Success means ensuring every order is accurate, shipped correctly, delivered on time and catching problems before customers have to ask.

Key Responsibilities
- Process e-commerce, wholesale, distributor, and custom orders
- Coordinate small-parcel and LTL shipments across multiple warehouses
- Verify SKUs, quantities, pricing, freight, and delivery information
- Manage invoices, deposits, partial payments, and final balances
- Monitor shipments and proactively communicate delays
- Resolve carrier issues, returns, replacements, and shipping claims
- Respond to customer questions about orders, tracking, and availability
- Maintain accurate records across Shopify, ClickUp, and Luminous
