Key Responsibilities:

Diligently update and maintain the HubSpot CRM and sales pipeline to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
- Follow-up Coordination: Establish and manage internal and client-facing reminders and follow-ups to maintain consistent engagement.
- Event & Meeting Support: Provide comprehensive support for meetings and events, including preparation, professional introductions, and post-event follow-ups.
- Strategic Research: Conduct thorough research on clients and events, managing all necessary signups and bookings.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee complex calendar management, scheduling requirements, and logistical arrangements.
- Inbox Triage: Efficiently organize email inboxes, draft professional replies, send timely follow-ups, and proactively identify missed opportunities.
- Correspondence Drafting: Pre-draft high-quality emails for review by the sales team to streamline communication workflows.
