Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As an Store Receiver, you’re not just supporting the hotel’s financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you'll do during a typical day:
- Review purchase requests from the Kitchen and Food &Beverage; departments.
- Source products from approved suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy of all details.
- Obtain required approvals and signatures for purchase orders.
- Submit purchase orders and supporting documentation to Accounts Payable in a timely manner.
- Monitor and follow up on pending pruchase requests from Hotel departments.
- Prioritize requests based on operational urgency and budget availability.
- Coordinate with supplies and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
