About the Opportunity We are partnering with a fast-growing fintech company that builds financial tools for Latino immigrants in the United States. Its conversational product enables users to send money to different Latin American countries through a simple and secure experience. The company is currently expanding into new markets, each with its own regulations, payout methods, documentation requirements, cultural nuances, and user behaviors. The challenge goes beyond translating an existing experience. It involves designing a scalable product system that can adapt across multiple countries without losing consistency, clarity, usability, or brand identity.
