- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Business teams.
- Contribute to the evolution of policies, procedures,



and best practices while promoting a solutions-oriented mindset.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?

- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a genuine passion for people leadership (mandatory).
- Previous experience in AML/KYC and compliance environments (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, and financial crime regulations (mandatory).
- Advanced English skills (mandatory).
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to motivate others, navigate change, and lead with empathy and accountability.
- Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities in dynamic environments.
