Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The adecuado candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide

L1/L2 desktop and technical support to end users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to

Windows desktops/laptops, applications, printers, and peripherals

.

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and other IT equipment.

- Support

Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Active Directory, and user accounts

.

- Perform user administration, password resets, account unlocks, and access management.

- Troubleshoot

LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity, and network-related issues

.

- Manage hardware/software incidents and service requests using an

IT Service Management (ITSM) / ticketing system

.





- Maintain IT asset and inventory records.

- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate infrastructure or application teams.

- Follow IT security, compliance, and organizational support procedures.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.

Mandatory Skills

- 3+ years of experience in

Desktop / IT Support

.

- Strong knowledge of

Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

.

- Hands-on experience with

Active Directory

.

- Experience supporting

Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams

.

- Good understanding of

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/Wi-Fi, and VPN

.

- Hardware and software troubleshooting experience.

- Experience with

ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.

- Good communication and end-user support skills.
