Contract Type: International Independent Contractor About the Company Our client is looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of design, branding, and digital marketing. This is an execution-focused role for someone who loves transforming ideas into polished campaigns, engaging content, and impactful marketing assets. You'll work closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to strengthen the company's brand, support marketing initiatives, and execute campaigns across multiple channels. What You'll Do ? Branding & Creative Design Design professional marketing materials for both digital and print. Create presentations, sales collateral, brochures, flyers, signage, banners, event materials, digital advertisements, and promotional assets. Develop visually compelling graphics that reinforce the company's brand identity.



Help execute creative campaigns while maintaining brand consistency. Support the ongoing evolution of the company's visual identity. Ensure all creative work reflects a polished, professional, and consistent brand. ? Website & Digital Marketing Maintain and update company websites and landing pages. Build pages for promotions, Open Houses, events, and community campaigns. Upload and maintain community information and available inventory. Optimize website content and user experience. Implement basic SEO best practices. Monitor website performance and recommend improvements. ? Marketing Campaigns & CRM Support HubSpot marketing campaigns and automation. Create email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and workflows. Assist with lead generation initiatives. Maintain CRM organization and marketing data. Support campaign reporting and execution. ?
