The Role We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support. Review system/application logs and verify scheduled job completion. Server Configuration & Management: Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade physical and virtual server operating systems and applications. Network Management: Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and VPNs, ensuring optimal LAN/WAN connectivity. Security Maintenance: Implement and maintain security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and security policies. Backup & Disaster Recovery: Develop, maintain,



and test backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical systems and data. User Support: Provide escalated technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, assist with software installations, and resolve network problems. Documentation: Maintain and update system documentation, including configurations, processes, and procedures. Patch Management: Apply software patches, updates, and upgrades regularly to keep systems secure and up to date. Capacity Planning: Monitor system performance and resource usage to identify and address potential bottlenecks. Collaboration: Work with IT team members, including network, support, and cybersecurity specialists, to ensure seamless system operations. Adecuado Profile Requirements 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure maintenance. Minimum technical degree in Computer Science or a related field.
