Bilingual communicator: You are fully fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish (un poquito de Spanglish is fine too) . Key Responsibilities Community & Resident Operations: Serve as one of the primary contacts for resident inquiries, notices, lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and conflict resolution with exceptional customer service. Onsite & Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with onsite administrators, maintenance team members, and 3rd-party vendors. Collect competitive bids and supervise project completion.
