engineering strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and

and products. As Director of Systems Engineering , you will be
responsible for setting the technical vision, leading engineering
execution, and influencing cross-organizational decisions that
impact product reliability, performance, and scalability. Your
leadership will ensure that engineering efforts align with business
goals and customer outcomes. This is a senior leadership role
within a general, enterprise-scale organization (Big 4–style
environment), supporting complex, high-impact technology programs
across multiple regions and stakeholders. What You'll Lead and
Build Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary engineering organization
to deliver high-impact technical solutions. Define and implement




technical strategy and architecture for systems and solutions
across teams. Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads,
and senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and align roadmaps.
Drive operational excellence and adoption of engineering best
practices (e.g., CI/CD, observability, cloud performance). Manage
stakeholder relationships across business units and with external
partners. Oversee key decisions affecting systems design,
deployment standards, and technology investments. Monitor industry
trends and emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
What You Bring to the Table 10+ years of experience in software
engineering, systems engineering, or technology leadership. 5+
years in senior leadership, program management, or director-level
