Role Description The Head of Operations at Cooper is a full-time role based in Greater Buenos Aires with a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring that processes run efficiently and align with business objectives. The Head of Operations will lead cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, manage operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include coordinating resource allocation, monitoring budgets and performance metrics, supporting strategic planning, and collaborating with leadership to drive operational excellence. The role also involves establishing clear communication channels, managing risk, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and implementation of best practices.
- Robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.




- Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting findings, and aligning teams around priorities.
- Demonstrated Budgeting skills, with experience managing operational costs and contributing to financial planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Experience in a leadership role within operations or a similar function, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site leadership in Greater Buenos Aires with remote coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly in both languages.
