Test Consultant | Smart Product Suite

Join the founding Smart Product Suite team in Argentina

We're growing our Smart Product Suite capability in Argentina and looking for experienced Test Consultants to help build the team from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to join an established general product organisation while being one of the first consultants in the region. You'll work with enterprise customers across North America and Europe, helping them improve quality, reduce risk, and maximise the value of intelligent testing and automation solutions.

You'll also play a key role in shaping our Product Services capability in Argentina through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and helping us grow the team.

What you'll do

- Partner with customers to understand testing challenges and business needs
- Design and deliver Smart™ testing and automation solutions
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Lead workshops,



training sessions, and solution discussions
- Advise customers on testing best practices and process improvement
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence future product development
- Support the growth of our Argentina team through mentoring and knowledge sharing

What we're looking for

- Experience in testing, QA, business analysis, software implementation, consulting, or similar customer-facing technology roles
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation concepts
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Workday, ERP, HCM, Payroll, Financials, CRM, or similar systems
- Experience working directly with customers and stakeholders
- Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills

- Workday experience
- Payroll testing or payroll operations experience
- Test automation tool experience
- Agile delivery experience
- SaaS or cloud product experience
