We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Grains &

- Oils Trade &
- Supply Chain team. Reporting to the South America Leader, Grains &
- Oils Trade &
- Supply Chain, this role is responsible for coordinating the movement of grain, oilseed, meal, and vegetable oil products across the supply chain.

You'll work closely with internal commercial teams, processing partners, transportation providers, freight forwarders, storage facilities, and customers to ensure efficient shipment execution, inventory management, and customer service delivery.

How You'll Help Us Grow In this role, you will:

- Coordinate grain, crush, oil, and meal shipments across the supply chain.
- Support supply chain planning and logistics execution activities.
- Manage relationships with processing partners and third-party service providers.
- Coordinate freight bookings and shipment documentation.
- Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, surveyors, and storage facilities.
- Support inventory management and contract execution processes.




- Assist with grain quality assurance, traceability, and sustainability reporting requirements.
- Provide logistics support to customers, including shipment tracking, documentation, and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with transportation and storage providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and operational performance.

- Experience in grain, oilseed, meal, or agricultural commodity logistics.
- Knowledge of trade execution and export documentation processes.
- Understanding of grain and oilseed supply chains, ideally within South America.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- The ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- English language proficiency
- Portuguese language skills are highly regarded.
