Salesforce Developer (Contract) - Remote LATAM

Location: Remote (Open to candidates across Latin America)

Requirement: Candidate will be expected to work US Pacific Time

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a GTM Technology team supporting Sales, RevOps, and Marketing systems. This is a hands-on role requiring strong ownership, technical expertise, and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions using Apex and Flow
- Support Salesforce, CPQ, and 50+ inbound integrations/APIs
- Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through deployment and validation
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
- Recommend technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders
- Build and leverage AI-powered tools, workflows, and automation

Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification required (PDII preferred)




- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong Apex development, debugging, code review, and governor limit expertise
- Strong Salesforce Flow design and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with SOQL/SOSL
- Experience with high-volume integrations, APIs, async processing, error handling, and idempotency
- Proven ability to independently deliver projects from discovery through deployment
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Salesforce AI in day-to-day development
- Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for stakeholder meetings, requirements gathering, and technical discussions

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce CPQ
- Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center
- Experience with Outreach, Marketo, Clari, LeanData, Zapier, IronClad, or similar GTM tools
