About the Opportunity

Solvo Integral is seeking an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join an innovative HealthTech company building a next-generation AI-powered platform designed to unify hospital systems into a single intelligent ecosystem.

This is a high-impact opportunity for engineers who are passionate about designing scalable architectures, building distributed systems, and solving complex technical challenges in mission-critical environments. You will play a key role in shaping backend strategy, driving architecture decisions, and developing solutions that support secure and reliable healthcare workflows.

What You'll Do

- Design and own backend architecture for a large-scale distributed platform
- Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance APIs and microservices
- Develop systems for workflow orchestration, data processing, and integrations
- Lead technical decisions involving databases, messaging systems, cloud services, and platform infrastructure
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance across production environments
- Integrate third-party platforms through APIs, FHIR standards, and interoperability frameworks
- Collaborate with AI and Machine Learning teams to build AI-powered workflows
- Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and observability strategies
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across teams
- Investigate and resolve production incidents, performing root-cause analysis and implementing preventative solutions

Required Qualifications





- 6 years of experience in Backend Engineering
- Strong expertise in Distributed Systems and Backend Architecture
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures
- Proven experience building production-grade REST APIs and integrations
- Strong background in System Design, Scalability, and Performance Optimization
- Experience working in Healthcare, HealthTech, or regulated environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
