Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Designer - Lead Manager - English Required. The person in this role will lead the design function, overseeing end-to-end creative development for digital and print assets, including brand visuals, marketing campaigns, presentations, and AR/VR-focused materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining design concepts, managing design workflows, providing art direction, and ensuring visual consistency across projects.

The Senior

Designer will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, technical subject matter experts, and clients to translate complex technical ideas into clear, engaging visual communications. This role also includes mentoring junior designers, managing project timelines,



and contributing to the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills across digital and print, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
- Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud suite, Figma, or similar) and experience with asset management workflows.
- Ability to lead and manage design projects, including scoping, scheduling, prioritization, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Experience translating complex or technical concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives and marketing collateral.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, including the ability to present and defend design decisions to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support other designers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and feedback-driven environment.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-management, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
- Experience in technical marketing or working with clients in aerospace, defense, AR/VR, or advanced computing is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
