We're aiming to bring a Senior Fullstack Developer onto our expanding team. This position connects high-level business priorities with hands-on technical implementation across a widely distributed, multi-department organization. You'll infuse structured engineering rigor into fluid, still-forming problems, all while contributing to how the organization adopts and integrates new technology. It's an opportunity to make a real difference in how enterprise systems scale and connect.
Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR, coordinating schedules to support live, direct collaboration
- Convert vaguely defined internal use cases into robust architecture designs, UX/flow diagrams, API contracts, and a development-ready backlog for the team in India
- Develop and interconnect agentic workflows spanning enterprise systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, and Oracle HCM
- Take charge of demanding integration projects, covering authentication setup, MCP tool access, data contract design, RBAC configuration, error handling, and production launch
- Sync up daily with the India-based team to resolve outstanding questions, review pull requests, eliminate integration hurdles, and maintain quality standards ahead of release
- Build out prototypes when needed, spanning UI components, agent flow design, or MCP/LLM integration work, then deliver a production-ready backlog to the India team
- Incorporate security, observability, and reusability principles into every build so agents deliver lasting value rather than functioning as one-time demos
Requirements
- Three-plus years of hands-on, relevant full-stack engineering experience, supported by a current and active delivery record
- Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript paired with a modern frontend framework such as React or an equivalent tool
- Solid backend development background using Node.js or Python, combined with strong API and integration design capabilities
- Established track record delivering AI/LLM-driven solutions, including tool calling, RAG, agent frameworks, MCP, prompt workflows, or similar practical delivery
- Demonstrated ability to translate stakeholder workshop findings into functional architecture and a practical, actionable backlog
- Hands-on AWS delivery experience covering Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, and CloudWatch, plus enterprise authentication approaches such as SSO/Okta and RBAC
- Capable communicator who can lead technical discussions in English with US-based stakeholders, holding working fluency at B2 level or higher, converting business needs into agentic architecture
Nice to have
- Understanding of MCP gateways, LLM gateways, model routing approaches, policy/audit tooling, and cost/usage monitoring systems
- Background implementing OpenTelemetry or similar observability tools to monitor agent traces, tool call behavior, latency, and failure patterns
- Practical exposure to platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, Glean, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, Concur, or similar HR/IT tools
- Experience transforming internal platforms or early prototypes into reliable, enterprise-grade production solutions
We offer
- International projects with top brands
- Work with global teams of highly skilled, diverse peers
