We are seeking a

Senior Solution Architect to shape solution designs for a multi-year modernization program using cloud technologies and a strangler-fig transition approach. You will partner with cross-functional product teams and guide engineering teams on API-first integration and data foundation patterns.

Responsibilities

- Define solution architecture designs that support a strangler-fig modernization approach

- Design API-first integration patterns and guide teams on API management practices

- Align cross-functional product teams on architecture decisions and trade-offs

- Collaborate with data foundation stakeholders to shape platform capabilities and boundaries

- Guide .NET-centric engineering teams on how to engage with data foundation teams and standards

- Select appropriate cloud PaaS patterns to enable modular, reusable platform components

- Establish integration approaches for relational and NoSQL data stores across services

- Promote asynchronous patterns to improve reliability, scalability, and decoupling

- Review solution designs to ensure consistency, modularity, and long-term maintainability

- Communicate architectural direction through clear documentation and presentations

- Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and propose practical mitigation options

Requirements

- 4+ years of solution architecture experience





- API design and integration experience

- Proven leadership skills to provide thought leadership across cross-functional teams

- Strong project collaboration skills within “4-in-a-box” product teams

- Cloud architecture expertise across modern PaaS patterns

- Relational database knowledge for designing and integrating data solutions

- NoSQL data store knowledge for modern platform use cases

- Asynchronous integration knowledge using event-driven or messaging patterns

- Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and guide engineering teams

- Strong presentation skills to document and explain architectural decisions

- High adaptability to changing requirements and evolving program needs

- English proficiency: C1 (Advanced)
