About the Role

We are seeking an intellectually curious and disciplined Content Writer to craft high-impact thought leadership and executive communications for our advisory practice. In this full-time role, you will collaborate closely with firm leadership to turn complex concepts, rough ideas, and raw source materials into polished, publish-ready pieces.

You will lead the creation of substantive long-form articles, LinkedIn newsletters, and specialized business writing while thoughtfully repurposing high-level insights into engaging social content. While subject-matter expertise in our specific domain is not required on day one, you must have the research discipline to quickly become conversant in sophisticated topics such as governance, risk, AI, behavioral science, and private wealth.

Key Responsibilities

- Long-Form Content Creation: Plan, research, and write substantive long-form pieces including thought leadership articles, LinkedIn newsletters, blog posts, and commentary.
- Content Repurposing: Thoughtfully distill and repurpose complex long-form assets into engaging, bite-sized LinkedIn posts.
- Executive Voice & Collaboration: Work directly from executive ideas and raw source materials to capture, internalize, and maintain a distinct executive voice.




- Ad Hoc Business Writing: Assist with business writing and ad hoc narrative projects as organizational needs arise.
- Research & QA: Conduct disciplined research on niche topics, exercising sharp judgment regarding source reliability and accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent command of written English with flawless grammar, nuance, and structural clarity.
- Editorial Judgment: Strong editorial standards with a proven track record of producing clean, polished drafts that require minimal rewriting.
- Intellectual Curiosity: Ability to quickly get up to speed on sophisticated topics such as governance, risk management, artificial intelligence, behavioral science, and private wealth.
- Research Rigor: High standards for fact-checking, source evaluation, and independent research discipline.
- Ownership Mindset: Highly autonomous with a strong sense of accountability, discretion, and self-direction.
