We are looking for a driven actuarial professional eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a general actuarial hub, supporting our different businesses through data-driven analysis and reinsurance management.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of quarterly accounts / proportional reinsurance contracts
- Calculation of profit commissions for proportional contracts
- Reinsurance: Management of reinsurance contract renewals (ad hoc). Monitoring of the reinsurance structure and opportunities (semi-annual).
- Management and sourcing of facultative reinsurance capacity.
- Management of reinsurance claims recoveries / cash calls.
- Prepare presentations of relevant data and findings, as needed.
- Submission of information to the Superintendency of Insurance (SSN).
- Monitoring and control of accumulation exposures.
- Maintain effective communication with brokers, reinsurers, and internal teams (Underwriting, Claims, and Finance).





Requirements:

- Degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate technical analysis into clear business insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
