Required Education
- Tertiary studies in Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields.

Specialized Knowledge
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, and the Amadeus platform.
- Knowledge of Housekeeping operations and guest service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Excellent telephone communication skills and the ability to coordinate eff
