The Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified accountant to serve as Financial Controller providing personal financial support to the founder of a general international law firm. This is a unique opportunity to provide high-level financial management and strategic support for complex personal financial structures, working directly with the senior partner in a fully remote capacity.
- Key Responsibilities:_





Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee personal financial operations across multiple entities, including trusts and estate planning structures
- Maintain accurate financial records and produce regular reporting on assets, liabilities, and cash flow
- Coordinate inter-entity transfers and ensure proper documentation and compliance
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts across various entities and jurisdictions

Operational Support
- Manage bill payment processes and vendor relationships
- Track and organize investment holdings and related documentation
- Coordinate with external advisors including wealth managers, attorneys, and tax professionals
- Maintain organized financial filing systems and ensure document retention protocols

Strategic Partnership
- Provide proactive financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational effic
