Right now, we are looking for a Customer Insights & Intelligence Analyst to join our Cultural Transformation team at Globant

In this role, you will monitor and report on companies in the market by producing Account and Persona Profiles for our sales and account teams. The goal of this role is to understand our customers and prospects business in order to provide insight to our sales teams on the best way to approach those companies and strengthen relationships with them. Since we are creating new initiatives all the time, data analysis and business intelligence knowledge and experience would be an asset for this role.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Gathering and analyzing data on companies, such as business units, leadership, IT investment, Strategy, challenges and opportunities, etc.




- Conducting ongoing analysis of key competitors of those companies in order to provide benchmarks and best practices.
- Gathering and analyzing information reported by companies
- Assisting in developing our new Client Insights initiative with business intelligence tasks
- Collating information from multiple sources to produce beneficial and actionable insight for the sales people on latest news and press releases of our customers and prospects.
- Keeping up to date with activity and trends in relevant sectors and markets.
