Responsibilities:
- Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis for Customer
- Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.)
- Coordinate resources,



onboard project teams and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks, support all changes in the process to align with customer process
- Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
- Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team. Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition
- Ensure delivery processes are efficient, aligned with customer process and needs, and cost effective
- Evaluate incoming requests
- Approve planned budget report with Account Director
- Perform initial scoping, and analyse incoming requests for completeness for the production (using standards of tech task etc.)
- Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction
- Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
