PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Office of Ethics & Compliance (OEC) is a part of the Office of the CEO Board area and reports to both SAP SE’s Integral CFO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. Our mission is to advance SAP’s business goals by promoting a culture of integrity, and by mitigating a defined set of legal risks. Our focus includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act, and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws.

Within the OEC, is the Third Party Audit Team that is responsible for managing audits and compliance assessments of SAP’s partners and suppliers. SAP executes audit clauses in the agreement with our third parties and engages independent audit firms to perform the audit field work. The Third Party Audit Team works
