The Global Ops team within HR A I provides HR Analytics and Decision making support to the integral HR Operations team and HR Leadership. Main responsibilities include providing high quality, decision making information and business operations support to help HR leaders make informed business decisions. The general scope of the work includes preparing reports and analysis of the key HR indicators and design implementation of appropriate presentation of the findings via report dashboard design, PowerPoint, memos, etc. Pulling data from the different HR dashboards, to create standard or ad hoc reports and provide relevant insights to support the HR leadership. It will also become a SME of HR Analytics related topics for the rest of the HRA I,



answering questions or sharing relevant information related to metrics, dashboard, processes, etc. with the broader team. This role also works closely with other sub teams within HR such as CHRO, HR Functions and adjacent non HR teams such as EI, Finance or Business Operations CFs, based on the nature of decision support required.
